## What NEXOS does
- Readiness assessment: identifies gaps between the documentation supplied with the equipment and what a European operator or buyer is likely to require for acceptance and handover.
- Documentation readiness: helps align manuals, as-built documentation, parts information, inspection information and related technical files with European operator expectations.
- Certification coordination: supports PED, TPED and ATEX conformity-assessment routes and coordinates required documentation and questions with European notified bodies where applicable. NEXOS is not a notified body and does not issue certificates.
- Acceptance and handover support: helps structure technical and documentation open points and move them towards closure with the customer or operator.
- European point of contact: provides a European counterpart for questions and issues arising during market entry and customer support.

## Important boundaries
- NEXOS does not sell, distribute or resell equipment, parts or components and takes no commission on product sales.
- NEXOS does not perform factory acceptance testing (FAT), site acceptance testing (SAT) or commissioning. It can prepare and support those processes.
- NEXOS performs no statutory inspections, is not a competent authority and is not a notified body.
- NEXOS does not hold a formal Authorised Representative role for the manufacturer's products in the European Union.
- The manufacturer retains ownership of its documentation, drawings and know-how.
