For Asian manufacturers of hydrogen, LNG and CNG fuelling equipment

Your operations partner in Europe.

You build the equipment. We handle the European side — EU certification, ongoing compliance, and the contact your customers reach first.

The engagement in summary

Most certification bureaus stop at the certificate. NEXOS begins there.

Certification is what EU law requires before equipment can be sold in Europe. It is a one-time step, not an ongoing presence.

NEXOS provides that presence as a single engagement. It covers certification, customer contact, technical questions, communication with authorities and ongoing compliance. It is a continuing relationship, not a one-time service.

Between consultancy and operations

The European fuelling industry has two kinds of expertise. Consultants advise on EU directives from outside the industry. Operations engineers work inside individual fuelling stations. Neither is built to be the ongoing European voice of a foreign manufacturer. NEXOS is. It brings operational experience from inside European hydrogen, LNG and CNG infrastructure to the representation of an Asian manufacturer — not advice from outside, and not tied to one site.

What this looks like in practice

European point of contact

A European address appears on the product documentation. Customers, operators and authorities reach NEXOS first.

Customer and operator response

Complaints, incidents and requests are handled within agreed response times. What needs the manufacturer is passed back to headquarters.

Technical questions

Technical questions are handled with the manufacturer's engineers. NEXOS understands the equipment, so the exchange is substantive, not just relayed.

Contact with authorities

NEXOS deals directly with Dutch, Belgian and German authorities in their own language, on behalf of the manufacturer.

EU certification

CE, PED and ATEX certification is coordinated through accredited notified bodies, chosen per engagement by directive and product category.

Ongoing compliance and monthly reporting

NEXOS tracks the EU directives that affect the product. Each month, it reports any changes, what they mean, and the action it recommends.

Independence by design

Independence is a feature. NEXOS earns no commission on the manufacturer's sales, and represents no direct competitors. Its only interest is the operational relationship.

What NEXOS does not do, in full

Notified body relationships

Certification is coordinated through accredited European notified bodies, including LRQA, SGS and Bureau Veritas. The collaboration is project by project, with no exclusive tie to any one body. The notified body for each engagement is matched to the directive and product category.

The first step

Every engagement begins with a scoping conversation. It is where both sides establish whether there is a fit — the product, the markets, and how the engagement would work. NEXOS works with a small number of manufacturers and chooses each engagement carefully.
