01 · Documentation readiness
Everything the stamp does not cover.
European readiness is the documentation and support package that travels with your product: everything a European customer expects to find when they assess, operate and maintain it. That includes operation and maintenance manuals technicians can actually use, installation instructions that match the equipment as built, parts lists that can be sourced without calling your factory, the inspection schedule, and documentation for sub-assemblies that fell below the certification threshold and therefore never received a file of their own. Those are often the first things anyone asks about.
No directive lists all of this, and no notified body tests all of it. That is why gaps often surface at the worst possible moment: at handover, with a customer waiting. NEXOS aligns the documentation you already have with what European operators expect while the product is still in your factory and a gap can still be fixed on paper.

02 · Certification, coordinated
The stamp, handled, not sold.
PED, ATEX and TPED requirements are published, and a notified body assesses your equipment against the applicable rules, often through a local office and in your own language. That part of European market access follows a defined route. NEXOS does not sell the certificate or control the outcome.
What we can do is coordinate it for you. A notified body asks questions and requests documents, and each request lands on an engineer who is already building something else. We take on that coordination. Having worked on the operator side of this equipment, we usually recognise what is being asked for and why, so much of it can be answered from the technical file before going back to the factory floor. Your team keeps building. The assessment keeps moving.

03 · About NEXOS
NEXOS was founded around a gap that kept showing up — and kept costing time and money.
NEXOS is new. The problem is eight years and about thirty stations old.
Eight years on the operating side, the side that starts after everyone has signed. Every handover produced a punch list. Most of it got closed in the weeks after. The rest was marked for follow-up: the drawings, the missing manual, the file for the assembly nobody had needed to certify. Nothing had necessarily been rejected. Those items simply had no date on them, and everyone had already moved on to the next project.
Then the first inspection came around, and the paperwork was no longer optional. By that point the unit had been running for years. The drawings were harder to reconstruct. The people who had built the equipment had moved on. What had been a small open item at handover was now the thing holding up an inspection, and there was no way back to the source.
That is the sequence NEXOS was built to interrupt. Not by chasing the list afterwards, but by closing it while the equipment is still in the factory and the answers are still in the building.
