This website is operated by NEXOS B.V., Arnhem, the Netherlands. We keep data handling minimal and use your information only to respond to you.

What we collect

We ask only for what you choose to submit through the contact form: your name, company, email address, country, equipment type and message. We do not ask you to submit personal information anywhere else on the site.

How your enquiry reaches us

Submissions are delivered to our inbox through Web3Forms, a form-processing service acting as our data processor for this one purpose. It sees the same fields you submit and does not use them for anything else. You can read their policy atweb3forms.com/privacy.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies and runs no third-party analytics or ad pixels. Fonts and media are served from the site itself.

How we use it, and on what basis

We use your details solely to reply to your enquiry and, where a fit exists, to progress a scoping conversation. We process this data on the basis of the consent you give when you check the box on the contact form, and only for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any engagement that follows. We do not sell or share your information.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you can ask to access, correct, delete or export the data we hold about you, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw consent at any time, which does not affect anything done before that. Email info@nexos-compliance.comand we will act within one month. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens) or your own country's equivalent.

California and other US visitors

If you are a California resident, the CCPA gives you the right to know what personal information we hold, to request its deletion, and to opt out of any sale or sharing of it. We do not sell or share personal information, and the same request channel above (info@nexos-compliance.com) covers these requests too. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

We may update this policy as the site and our practices evolve. Material changes will be reflected in the date at the top of this page.
